Some of you have been asking. Well, Lurleen (as she's really called. But 'Lurleen' is a bit difficult for the Japanese to say. Hence, 'Candi') is a lady of leisure mostly these days, enjoying semi-retirement in New York. She does a lot of appliqué, and is writing her memoires. Pity she remembers so little!
I still see lots of her. We enjoy our trips. We play bridge.
Here she is enjoying the colour at this years Alternative Miss Ireland.
But here's some really REALLY old video (so old it was shot on Betamax!) of Lurleen in her prime - about 20 years ago.

... as I've been working on my new show, 'A Woman In Progress'.
Wide-screen sluts, circa 1995, at The Kitchen, Dublin. At the time, The Kitchen, in the basement of The Clarence Hotel, was the hot club. I used to hostess there at "Strictly Handbag", which was the hot, sexually ambiguous party at the time. Always full of trannie chasers! (Unbelievably, I think Handbag is still going in some form or other, maybe in RíRá?) This was Candi's first visit to Dublin, and I notice she's in the same dress she was wearing in the Tokyo picture from '93 I posted earlier. It probably hadn't been washed since either. Dirty skank! I see I'm wearing my 'Hello Kitty' dress. Whatever happened to that?
