The Fringe Festival show, Where Did It All Go Right?, which is running in Pantibar's basement every evening at 6pm, got a 5 star review in today's Irish Times.
Where did it all go right? ***** Pantibar
A warning. Don’t sit in the front row unless you want to be part of the action. Ass-in-face, hands-on-boobs, slow-dancing-with-the-cute-lead-male kind of action. Ponydance has taken the boy-meets-girl story, placed it close up in a club and injected a bit of tiresome reality. Simple seductions are never easy, particularly with jealous advances from the cloakroom girl and judgmental observation from the barman. Luckily, everything can be worked out by dancing and the Ponydance cast dutifully oblige with comical set-pieces that showcase their slinky skills and reflect everyone’s pathetic dreams. The drama fizzles out a bit in the end and the denouement might have benefited with sharper direction, but anything can be forgiven with such joyous dancing and sharp wit. Until Sept 20 Michael Seaver
The show runs everyday except Monday till Sept 20th. Tickets HERE, or on the door. €10/€12

Pantibar's basement is hosting a Fringe Festival show again this year (after the great success of Luck last year). This year we have a dance show by a company called Ponydance, and I don't know much about it yet, but if these clips of a previous shows of theirs are anything to go by, it should be fun!

On Wednesday at Pantibar, we're hosting a 'games night' fundraiser for a show in this year's Fringe Festival. The show, Victor and Gord, is devised and directed by hot up-and-coming dyke director Una McKevit, and starts some well known faces from Dublin's gay scene.
So if you feel like testing your Jenga skills against your mates, or indeed random gays, come along on Wednesday night.
And go see the show in Project Cube during the Fringe Festival next month.

La Clique is returning to Dublin for the Fringe Festival in September, and apparently for the last time. Tickets are on sale now, and if you've never been, you need to go. It's a super-fun, entertaining, sexy night out in the beautiful Speigel Tent. I performed with them a couple of years ago, and when I wasn't laughing I was in a permanent state of arousal. Sometimes at the same time!
La Clique is a kind of adult cabaret/circus, with a cast that features perennial favourites, and changing guests. It's a real spectacle, and I can assure you you won't be disappointed - the performers are really fabulous. I've seen it a number of times, and it's always a sexy hoot!
One of the scene stealers is my husband David Omer...

But there's plenty more potential husbands on display. And the dykes (and straight blokes) are well catered for too!

Here's a taste of what to expect.
And here's my husband David doing his sexy thing (though in the Speigel tent, where it's 'in the round', you're up close within splashing distance)
Tickets are available from FringeFest.com
