The full version is very slightly longer (just a minute or two longer) and is a higher quality upload, but also slightly different and I actually prefer the shorter version because of the voiceover part in the middle. It's remarably effective. Someone helpfully made a stop-motion animation of it. They made it back in 2008 and it only has 173 views - before the YouTube boom I suppose.
