Turns out the twice married Clive is bisexual and has had a number of relationships with men (including one of thisteen years) and is currently with a man he's been with for the last seven years. No wonder he and Whitney were so close!

Here's a clip of entertaining nutcase Celine duetting in Mandarin on Chinese TV. It's hard to know on the clip for sure, but I suspect she's lip-syncing to her own vocal here, but even so, fair play to her. Of course Dolly only knows what it sounds like to a Mandarin speaker (any Chinese readers?) but the audience certainly seem impressed. Well, they do when she first starts and there's a "spontaneous" bust of applause (assuming there isn't a platoon from the People's Liberation Army behind them with bayonettes!), though at the end when the camera cuts to the aged, grumpy looking crowd they seem decidedly less impressed!
Though all that is really an aside. The real star of this clip is what Celine's duet partner, sporano Song Zuying, is wearing. The one sleeve/wing thing is hot!

They'd make a cute couple!
I read one of those "blind" gossip items somewhere the other day which was clearly meant to be about Louis, suggesting that he wants to come out but that the management won't allow it. Of course there may not be a shred of truth to it, but if it were true, it seems so dated - the teen girls would love to have a gay boy in the mix.

Germany's national final is on Valentine's day and there's a good chance Germany might be sticking with the cute-girl-with-a-catchy-tune formula that served them well with Lena and Satellite if they go ahead and pick this peppy number. And not only is this a cute song sung by a cute girl with a cute name, it also comes with a classic Eurovision, everybody-can-get-behind-it title: LaLaLa.
