Because Dolly is just waiting to be asked to duet.

Dolly has previously mentioned that she admires and respects both Madonna and Lady Gaga, and she has now said that she'd love to duet with either or both.
"I'd love to do a duet, always wanted to work with Madonna, but she never asked. [Madonna and GaGa are] the perfect fit. I'm as outrageous as they are. I was gaudy before they were gaudy."
Parton was also reported to have been invited to a Tinie Tempah gig earlier this month by the rap star's mother.
A source said at the time: "Tinie has been a big fan of Dolly's since he was a little boy... She said she would be up for talking about a collaboration and said Tinie would crack America no problem at all."
Parton previously claimed to be in "love" with GaGa and described the 'Judas' singer as a "wonderful" artist.
I'd love to see a Dolly/Madonna duet - or a Gaga one - but generally Madonna seems to duet with younger up-and-coming artists rather than other big established stars: Britney, Justin etc. Even Kanye. Unless I'm overlooking someone? Am I, crazed Madonna fans?
Anyway Madge... Pick up the phone!!

Here's a very short mini documentary about a 15 year old English guy (and I am going to go out on a limb here and say he's a gay) and his obsession with singer Katy Perry.
My first thought was, "Katy Perry??" because I find her remarkably bland and uninteresting, but he's only 15, and each to their own and all that.
Although his obsession seems pretty all consuming - he even suggests he loves Ms Perry more than his family - he also seems to have a certain self-awarness about how nuts it is, and a sense of humour about it. I'm guessing this kind of obsession is filling a need of some sort - or is just an expression of an obsessive personality? - but that it's essentially harmless and he'll grow out of it. Right? Or should his parents be worried about the kid? Any psychologists/psychiatrists out there?
Although I had my favourite stars when I was a teenager - Michael Jackson being my #1 - and spent an inordinate amount of time thinking about him, listening to him, reading about him, looking at him, wishing I was friends with him etc, it never came anywhere close to this. Though I guess I had friends who went through obsessive periods that nudged in this direction.

If you've ever visited his Facebook page you'll know that most of the world's gays already adore him, but if there are any stragglers, his campaign against homophobic bullying should sweep them up.

Artist Landon Meier makes realistic latex masks. In particular he makes big freaky baby heads, which, apart from using to freak out people in the street, he also sells. So if you've always wanted a giant baby head you can get one - like this "Cry Baby" for instance - for about $250 plus shipping.
He doesn't just make giant baby heads though. He makes all sorts of masks, including celebrities, which people seem to have fun wearing at mask conventions. Yes, there are mask conventions.

Dublin Pride is looking for gays with feet to take part in a "specially commissioned" (Ooh fancy!) flash-mob style dance somewhere in the city centre which will celebrate the launch of this year's Pride. And apparently it doesn't matter if you've got two left feet - they'll find something you can do!
If you are interested in taking part, send your details (name, email and phone number) to dublinpridedance@gmail.com.

In recent years the annual walking tour of historic gay Dublin has become one of the most popular and fun Pride events. It's a really interesting, social, and entertaining way to spend an afternoon. Tonie Walsh of the Irish Gay Archive, ably abetted by other gay historians, take you round the city centre showing you places associated with our gay history, and regale you with stories of crime, passion, murder, sex, humour and intrigue. And there's no shortage of gay history in Dublin to draw on, so the tour is different every year.
I highly recommend it if you've never done it before. t's a great day out.
