There is no information at all on the YouTube clip. It starts with three people in sort-of old style diving bell suit type things (except the suits are decorated like American flags) emerging from the sea, and when they take off the suits they turn out to be drag queens in 1940's drag with guns, and they start to do a number and then... well, just watch it. They were 3 Italian drag queens ,who started off on a tv programme on the national RAI TV. Then they became so famous they made a film called "L'importante e ' non Farsi notare". In the film they played 3 American spies who had to dress up in drag to avoid being recognised . The blond one was a famous dancer but died in the 90s his name was Tito Leluc.
