    Tyra Sanchez: Drag Dad

    Tyra Sanchez, winner of RuPaul's Drag Race season 2 appearing on a US TV show to promote a documentary called Drag Dad, about her life as a 24 year old successful drag queen and the father of a seven year old boy.

      We want you to know how much we appreciate you drawing attention to our film Drag Dad and our Kickstarter campaign to get it funded. Two days ago we reached our funding goal, thanks in part to your support! We've been feeling so much love throughout this campaign from over 540 backers and hundreds of magazines, newspapers and blogs. It's been overwhelming to hear from so many people who, like us, believe that the world needs to see James and Jeremiah's story. We thank you for making it possible for us to tell their story! ONLY 24 HOURS TO GO! Now we are in the last day of our fundraising campaign, which ends at 8:30pm EDT on Friday July 27. Although we have reached our goal, we are still accepting pledges on Kickstarter as we could still use a lot of help. Our goal was calculated conservatively, based upon the absolute minimum we needed to get going. Any funds raised beyond our goal would go towards making the film even greater -- expanding our shoot schedule to capture more material with James and Jeremiah, spending more on professional post-production and strengthening our marketing and distribution efforts to help this film and its message reach as large an audience as we can. $10 GETS YOU A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OF THE FILM And let's not forget that there is something in it for supporters as well! We have so many rewards lined up as an incentive to contribute - for example, anyone who pledges $10 or more will get a digital download of the film upon its release.       Tyra is amazing - so courageous, she is only eclipsed by the reporter's hair or is it a toupee...?!
